Sorry for my little baseball reference there, but considering the subject matter, I think it works.
It is easy to give up and give in when the zone is being flooded by nothing but negative news all the time. However whenever this kind of thing happens, we need to get more involved instead of less.
Voting is important and voter turnout is only 30 to 40% what it should be, if every person actually voted, elections would be won by far wider margins.
However should it come to this, always be prepared, because if things should get violent, we should always be ready.
